Attorneys filed papers this week seeking to make public the 2008 testimony of Michael Connell, accused of rigging the 2004 Ohio vote tabulation network. Lawyers representing Connell's estate claim "trade secrets" trump the public's right to hear how Connell explained his dual roles as an official Ohio election night contractor AND the man behind the Bush campaign's web operations. Connell died soon after his testimony in a fiery plane crash.
