USA Today reports that the EAC commissioned a study on voter fraud: where dead people or uneligible voters vote. The report: this is a negligable problem. The EAC then sat on the report and refused to release it. In the meantime, various states are passing, or attempting to pass legislation dealing with this non-problem,which instead disenfranchises millions of poor and minority voters.While doing nothing about real fraud.
