Standing Rock Tribe Files Restraining Order Against Dakota Access

According to Tribal Chairman David Archambault II, Saturday, Dakota Access Pipeline and Energy Transfer Partners used bulldozers to disturb "burial sites, prayer sites and culturally significant artifacts."

"The desecration of these ancient places has already caused the Standing Rock Sioux irreparable harm. We’re asking the court to halt this path of destruction,” he says. 

Archambault also says more harmful work was done by Dakota Access Pipeline early Sunday morning.
