It's been the law of the land for three years and a year after surviving a Supreme Court challenge.  The Affordable Care Act or  Obamacare is  beginning to fulfill its promises and although many in the country have long since taken sides for or against it most of the general public has little understanding of what the law means, what it does, and what it doesn't do.
