Repeated requests from our representatives in the House and Senate threatens the illusion that Attorney General Eric Holder is enforcing our laws and helping President Obama and Congress serve for their constituents for a second term. Attorney General Holder and a new Democrat led Department of Justice have yet to renounce the legally questionable and criminal policies of his Republican predecessors Ashcroft, Gonzales and Mukasey.
American citizens are frustrated with the continued hollow rhetoric coming from Mr. Holder's office about law enforcement and transparency. While 45,000 Americans die yearly from ongoing illegal corporate practices in healthcare markets, all we hear are endless supplies of meaningless sound bites with little or no action. What the DOJ is delivering to us under the Obama administration is more cover-ups, hood winks and shameful arrogance toward our constitutional rule of laws.
Nothing has changed from a decade of correspondence sent to our public officials (representatives, House and Senate Judiciary Committees, DOJ, FBI and the Missouri State Board of Bar Governors) outlining in detail repeated misconduct and crimes with multiple events and documents of evidence ($80 billion a year in Medicare fraud, extortion of public and private property, threats and interference from Federal and State agencies, public officials participating in illegal surveillance and civil rights violations) that were all used to obstruct justice in our Federal and State courts wherever the healthcare antitrust violations were being challenged.
The following link documents are small examples of how criminal obstruction and misconduct contribute to the death of 45,000,000 Americans every year. http://www.medicalsupplychain.com/news.htm
Our continued lack of law enforcement from the DOJ could not be more obvious when the Chief Supreme Court Justice for the State of Missouri made it necessary to explain the very fabric of our judicial system before the annual Board of Governors conference in St. Louis, Mo. http://www.courts.mo.gov/pressrel.nsf/bb9fda2a04f10ca8862565ec0067d206/1015cf6550cb1a578625763b007250be?
The Honorable Chief Judge Mr. William Ray Price Jr. recognizes with many Americans that courts have broken down from the corrupting limitless funds of corporate special interests that are able to violate the legislated public policies of the people. Many times this corrupting special interest is catered to despite open violations of state and federal criminal laws. Our DOJ is failing in its effort to bring law and justice back in our judicial system of laws.
