"I am so saddened to hear of Sheila Samples' passing. I never met Sheila in person...only online when she helped post my articles.Sheila was the fastest online editor I have ever worked with! She was a whiz...and if necessary, would spend hours finding photos for the articles, if the ones I had provided could not be used due to copyright restrictions.
Sheila was always so supportive with a "Great article" or "I hadn't thought of that" and similar positive "go get'em" or "where have you been? We haven't heard from you for a while."
With her background of having worked for the US Army at Fort Sill for so many decades and my having been in the US Army for so many decades, we had many "why am I not surprised" discussions on many of the articles I wrote.Sheila Samples, Rest In Peace! Presente!!!!
