When we are not in a good place mentally, we tend to even forget the tips that we already know, that we've already used. I think it's that primitive part of our brain at work. It's still trying to protect us from marauding mastodons. That programming definitely served its purpose back in the day but now it shuts down our less reactive, more thoughtful side which does not serve us well on so many levels. What tricks and tips have you found that ground you now?
What makes your life more bearable now amidst isolation and uncertainty?
Are you willing to share?
I'd love it if we are able to remind one another (and ourselves) that we actually do have many tools at our fingertips and, at the same time, that we can all learn from one another. Feel free to jump in and join the conversation.
