An initial list of those proposed legislative/management government reforms have been included in the NAWBC website, http://www.nawbc.com, Restructuring Govt. Section. This list will be forwarded to the following whistleblower groups and professionals that represent the full gamut of the government's security and non-security-related operations that include doctors, scientists, lawyers, engineers, accountants, auditors, contract specialists, and others:
Whistleblower groups: National Whistleblowers Center, National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc., Union of Concerned Scientists, Make It Safe Campaign & Coalition, International Association of Whistleblowers, SECWhistleblowerAdvocate, Whistleblower Support Fund, National Security Whistleblowers Coalition, Whistle Watch
Whistlebower individuals: NIEHS / FDA scientists, contract specialists, accountants, auditors, FBI, CIA, NSA, NSA1, and Army.
Assuming the above whistleblower groups and individuals agree with this effort, a final version of their joint proposed U.S. government reforms will be published and presented to all 3 government branches. If the public officials within the U.S. government want to restore some semblance of faith in the U.S. government, and to drastically/responsibly cut the national debt, a good start in that direction is to have open and public discussions with whistleblowers regarding their concerns over the government's existing laws, contracts, and grants. That discussion includes all whistleblowers, including Edward Snowden. The point of these discussions is to transition this unconstitutional U.S. oligarchy back to a cost effective democracy that serves the best interests of the American people, while also creating a universal government democratic model (UGDM) for also aspiring democracies. This UGDM can also serve as a basis for ongoing discussions between federal GS level professionals and other state, local, and foreign government professionals to work together in promoting their citizen's democratic ideals and cutting their citizen's respective government operating costs.
