And Attorney Sadeh refuses to respond on a written request by Defendant to review the Protocol and seek corrections if it is incorrect... [vi]
So on September 16, 2004, a visit was taken in the offices of the law-firm in the center of Tel-Aviv...
In the lobby of the building on 2 Bloch Street, the sign, shown above was found. A similar sign was posted also on the third floor:

In
the office there was only one person, who identified himself as
Attorney Nir Barkan. He adamantly denied the existence of the
law-firm of Barkan & Simon, whose sign hangs near the entrance
door of the office he was sitting in...
Consequently, attempt was made to inspect the Tel-Aviv Public Defenders' Book. Access to this important public record was denied.
Moreover, prior to the inspection, the head of the Tel-Aviv District Public Defender office asked to meet me. I never asked to meet him, and there was no need for such meeting, relative to the exercise of the right to inspect the Public Defenders' Book.
During the meeting he tried to provide lame excuses to justify the unauthorized appearance of Attorney Sadeh as Rotem's Public Defender. Among other excuses: [ vii ]
