3.14(d)=Circumference2

If the radius is given, then circumference can be calculated for each.

r=5

r=72

r=245

r=4000

If you compare the geometric progression of both equations proportionally, then the two circumferences at r have proportional relationship.

Circumference1/Circumference2=w

w=0.955

In conclusion, like systems of measurement, these circumference equations are in proportional relationship. They both produce circumference values, and the geometric progression of both values is proportional.
