The attempt failed. However, sufficient evidence was produced to remove any doubt that the Jerusalem Family Court engaged in organized crime in Joelle's case.
Inspection of the Index data showed that the Jerusalem Family Court opened and closed 22 files pertaining to Joelle (Figure 4). Unlawful opening and closing of court files was also inherent to the criminal complaint against Judge Esperanza Alon of the Haifa Family Court (the complaint is now purportedly "handled" by the Attorney General and the State Prosecution).

Further efforts were focused on the court file, in which the July 26 Judge Menahem Hacohen "Decision" was issued.
First, basic information was requested: Parties and Counsel, Case Calendar, and Certificates of Counsel (Figure 5-7). Attorney Inbal Weil was nowhere mentioned. Neither was the purported hearing, where Attorney Weil purportedly appeared in court...

Then, in response on request, Esti - staff member of the Office of the Clerk - printed out again the July 26, 2016 Judge Menahem Hacohen "Decision" record, certified it, "True Copy of the Original", and handed it over to Joelle. However, then Maya, a more senior staff member, intervened. She demanded the record back from Joelle, and threw it in the garbage. Maya explained to Esti that the record was merely a "draft", and must not have been printed out, must not have been certified, and must not be have been provided to Joelle.
Finally, the Docket was requested. Maya refused to print it out. The reason she stated: The Docket listed "drafts", which were not valid decision records, and she wouldn't print out a false docket...
Obviously, there is a lot left to be studied, but right now it is clear that investigation of the 22 court files pertaining to Joelle in the Jerusalem Family Court would show that judges of the court engage in organized crime, that senior staff of the Office of the Clerk engage in misprision of felonies, and that senior staff of the Ministry of Justice, including Director General Emy Palmor and Minister of Justice Ayelet Shaked are involved in the case as well.
According to Joelle, she inherited several pricey real estate properties, all taken by the courts, she claims through fraud. Now she lives in a mobile home in the desert near Jerusalem. As is the case in the US, [2] real estate fraud of various types is common in the Israeli courts today. Also, as is the case in the US, [3] the epidemic involves fraud in court records.
In Israel, when judges are caught falsifying court records, the standard explanation is that the fraudulent records were merely "drafts":
