Before the German Bundestag, Germans were promised "feminist foreign politics" by the Green Party. Similarly, Joe Biden promised Americans a return to progressive values. However, the ideals of patriarchy and its concept of forcing peace through war have not been meaningfully challenged. As long as we cling to the ideas of patriarchy, machismo, imperialism and subjugation of nature, we will never achieve peace or social justice. A paradigm change must occur in our culture: embracing the culture of peace and eco-feminism.
