A purpose-built six-part series ought to have the umbrella title "The Anti Latell Report," since The Latell Report --an e-newsletter published by the Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American Studies (ICCAS) at the University of Miami (UM) and officially intended to analyze "Cuba's contemporary domestic and foreign policies"-- has been used by ICCAS senior research associate Dr. Latell for promoting his book. Three of the five 2013 issues were devoted to portray Castro as the evil mastermind who jiggered Oswald for killing Kennedy.
The six-part series will start soon with "The Anti Latell Report (I): Oswald at the Cuban Consulate in L.A. "
