As of Monday, March 17th David Paterson assumes his duties as governor. As one of The Stiletto's friends so pithily put it: The reins of state government will pass from the morally blind to the legally blind. All kidding aside, more than a few NYers are relieved that Spitzer's reign of terror is finally over.
