I could go on about other branches of the economic tree and how we would address them here in this community but I would run out of room. Each community is different and each would have its own plan. But there is one common denominator that each community has and I would like to address, funding to make this happen.

It is time that We the People step up, grab this bull by the horns and pay it forward.

Each day I see on my screen, thousands of business people and businesses here on LinkedIn. Each and every one of these businesses relies on the American GDP in some part to pay their employees and feed their families. They make billion from America and yet we still die on the vine.

We live here, our children go to school here and we have watched America decline for decades, myself included. It is time for leaders to come forward and stop this nonsense and rebuild America to its former glory that commanded world respect. Let's see how many of you are willing to make a decision not based on profit but based on the reward!

My plan is simple. I would like to test all of you who are reading this article to see if you are willing to change America by establishing a central operation web site and web app to coordinate the development of a plan for each community, the funding for the community and the central operation of the community facilities. In short, I want to see how many people here on LinkedIn will pay it forward and contact me with a willingness to financially participate in Rebuilding America by Americans, or how many will say someone else will do it, not my problem. My guess is most will say someone else will do it. Prove me wrong!

What I will do with those who are willing to step up and Rebuild America is that being that we have a data center and base of operations to work from (over $1.5 million invested) we will use this to be the central development site for what I described above. We will fund this by creating a community crowd funding site that will be developed (with web app) that you have financially supported. This app will then allow applications from different communities around the nation to make an application through their local Economic Development Agency to have a coordinated effort to rebuild that community. This would include all aspects of the downtown areas, manufacturing and tech jobs. Infrastructure would be looked at as well. A plan would be developed and then posted on the site for funding. In this way all of America can participate in Rebuilding America. While this is a long term solution to a short term problem, it will work.

For those who participate in the initial creation of the project, your initial investment will be returned with no profit and an exclusive club Jacket that says "I Started the Rebuilding of America". You will also have the choice to redirect the funds to a project of your choice.

The alternative is that we let communities fail until the nation is bankrupt and those who are working are supporting those who are not or the nation breaks out into an all out civil war and what my father-in-law had to say in the first part of this series of articles, comes to pass, that his grand children will never reach his age. It is now in your hands. Let's see how many Americans are willing to Rebuild America!

Send me an email to morris.michael.c@gmail.com with your contact information and that you would like to know more. Also please pass this on to your contacts and lets see if we can work together to Rebuild America.
