"We are working with the Second Amendment Foundation, the Firearms Policy Coalition, and the Mountain States Legal Foundation on this litigation."
And what is the Mountain States Legal Foundation?
"Since its creation, MSLF has argued cases before the Supreme Court of the United States and numerous federal courts of appeals. MSLF's best known litigation involved the Constitution's equal protection guarantee, which resulted in a 1995 landmark ruling that Time Magazine called 'a legal earthquake'. In Adarand Constructors, Inc. v. Peà ±a, Justice Scalia wrote, 'In the eyes of government, we are just one race here. It is American.' MSLF has continued its litigation regarding affirmative action, reverse discrimination, and racial quotas and preferences, and also has litigated regarding the Voting Rights Act."In addition, MSLF has litigated regarding property rights. Its lawsuits have involved the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act (especially regarding wetlands), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Forest Management Act, the Antiquities Act, the Multiple Use Sustained Yield Act, and the General Mining Law and bars on and restrictions regarding the ability to develop natural resources such as energy and minerals and forest and agricultural products. In a case dismissed in 2002, MSLF sued George W. Bush for failing to overturn a designation of national monuments action by Bill Clinton."
MSLF's sources of funding have included Texaco, U.S. Steel Phillips Petroleum and ExxonMobil corporations and Castle Rock Foundation.
Past employees have included:
Clint Bolick Justice on the Supreme Court of Arizona.
Jon Kyl former United States Senator from Arizona
Chip Mellor Former Pres. & General Counsel of the Institute for Justice
Gale Norton 48th United States Secretary of the Interior
(Speaking of US Secretaries of Interior, Governor Lujan Grisham's uncle was Manuel Lujan, Interior Secretary for George Bush I )
James G. Watt 43rd United States Secretary of the Interior (you may have forgotten James Watt banned the Beach Boys from playing on the Mall in DC during the 4th of July. From the UK Guardian:
Claiming the Beach Boys attracted "the wrong element" to the event, Watt recruited crooner Wayne Newton to perform instead. The decision triggered a wave of bitter protest among fans and those closest to the president including first lady Nancy Reagan, who phoned the band to apologise.
And this, combined with other vital considerations, led to him being asked to step down and resign from Secretary of Interior. Unbeknownst to Watt: "The Beach Boys had much earlier held a fund-raising concert for Bush Sr. when he ran for president, and then played for the Reagan-Bush administration's youth inaugural ball in January 1981."

ILA means Institute for Legal Action. Further, the NRA states in its press release:
"Grisham has exploited this crisis to continue her attack on the rights of law-abiding citizens. Other Democratic colleagues of hers, in states such as Colorado, have deemed gun stores and ranges 'essential' and protected residents' right to purchase and own guns. Individual arms applicants/purchasers and retailers affected by 'stay-home' or shutdown orders can report potential civil rights violations to the NRA-ILA COVID-19"
