What is most damning is the same criminal banks set up a scheme to defraud the majority of both borrowers and investors through these toxic instruments and practices, and they are systematically destroying the economy so that the middle class cannot afford to sue them for this injustice. Yet no one is calling this criminal conspiracy what it is or even discussing damage payments to borrowers and investors.
