In short, in these two weekends the world would discover that the paper/legal/political force field no longer allows the Have's to be Gods and Goddesses and that the "core game rules" of human society have changed absolutely and probably permanently.
One wonders what the Gods and Goddesses would do when they find out that they've suddenly become "targets".
The essence of the strategy is that once you've cut off the head of the monster, you really don't have to worry too much about the body. Of course there would still be social chaos, reshuffling the deck, astronomically rich greed vampires constantly looking over their shoulders, but the world would be changed forever.
As a shot in the dark speculation, might it not happen that when the "divine right", astronomically rich pigs get the message that their King and Queen days are over forever (remember, there's always the 3rd and 4th weekends for the remaining planet killing elites not living in cement bunkers 20 feet under the ground!), this just might mark the beginning of the democratization of human existence. For the first time in the history of the world, "sitting down and reasoning together" with the elites would almost certainly mean something, since they would all be walking around with circles on their shirts.
In short, a forced commitment to world-wide democracy, justice and rationality.
The shattering bottom line here is that this truly is 100% possible. And it would certainly be indescribably less violent than a worldwide revolution -- which is increasingly the only other option. The dinosaurs are gone. Now its time for the "Have's" and greed vampires to be gone. This is not negotiable. We can and MUST "make it happen".
And oh yes, we should never forget that they need us a million time more than we need them.
Truthfully, I'm still pondering, but what do you think of this Top-Down Strategy?
