750 thousand Americans killed during the Civil War.
10,000 Americans deliberately killed during the prohibition era.
Hundreds of WWII Tuskegee airmen deliberately left to die from an experiment on syphilis.

Bear in mind that this tabulation does not include the countless millions of non-Americans killed and maimed and property destroyed by US covert and overt military mercenary operations to overthrow foreign regimes and install puppet dictators allowing U.S plundering of valuable resources for American industries. To cite one eye-opening example, over 6 million Southeast Asians were killed by the bloodthirsty U.S military during the Vietnam War, a war entirely of the making by the U.S war and weapons industry with the US government in tow. The Ideal Human Condition World-Wide
A prescription to achieve the ideal human condition world-wide obviously requires criteria for knowing if the ideal human condition has been achieved.
Some of the criteria are listed in Article 25 of the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights contains
(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.
