The US jumps from one conflict to the next, always attacking preemptively, always illegally, and always with disastrous consequences. At home, the US spends 50% of the world's armament budget on its military war machine, then complains it doesn't have anything left for the health of its citizens.

And when the government finally turns its attention to the health and welfare of its own, it can only find ways to spend more money on the most bloated and overrated system on the planet. While asking its citizens to accept less health care and more uninsured, it looks to spend $1 trillion more of taxpayer money.

Cuba is finding new ways to export its health care for free throughout the world. The US is finding new ways to provide less health care for those who still have insurance, and new ways of increasing the ranks of the uninsured And there are still tens of millions of Americans who think no health insurance is better than free health insurance. That is simply amazing. The propaganda spin machine in the US has never been stronger.
