We would like to hear more often from those who represent the Law of the Sea and from the President of the General Assembly.
I would say the same words from the podium at the New York City building for the United Nations.
When the 75th General Assembly opens September 15, 2020, it will be the same planet, but all of humanity, all of the nations and their heads of state, it must be by then a better world.
