Can you imagine what the Republicans would do when they close down America and the gangs come to rape their wives, steal their Mercedes and kick their asses down the street because there are no police to stop crime? What would happen when their houses are attacked, even set on fire -- with no firemen coming to help? What would happen when the kids got to school and there were no teachers or security guards on duty to teach and protect their kids?
Can you imagine what would happen when the stoplights quit working downtown, and no one would be there to fix them? And then, no police to deal with the angry people who had accidents?
Can you imagine what would happen when the bill for the water and electricity in Congress would come due, no one would pay it and Pepco would shut it off?
So I say, let them shut the government down, and if the Chinese decide to invade that day, more power to them, because no one will be around to stop them, nor the gangs that will have free reign in the aftermath. Hey -- they might even burn down the halls of Congress!
I hope that none of this happens, but I know if I was a gang leader in Washington DC, Chicago, New York City, or Los Angeles, I'd sure make plans to commit all kinds of crimes in all kinds of places and against all those rich Republicans who want to "shut down the government."
Hey Sarah Palin, Hannity, Colmes, Beck, Bonehead, Cantor, King, Scott Walker and the rest of you -- just shut the government down, and you'll regret it for the rest of your lives.
