"Hitler lied shamelessly about himself and about his enemies. He convinced millions of men and women that he cared for them deeply when, in fact, he would have willingly sacrificed them all. His murderous ambition, avowed racism, and utter immorality were given the thinnest mask, and yet millions of Germans were drawn to Hitler precisely because he seemed authentic. They screamed, 'Sieg Heil' with happiness in their hearts, because they thought they were creating a better world."

D.J Trump and J.D Vance: An Unholy Alliance

D.J Trump wedded and welded to J.D Vance

A perfect union, albeit, an ironclad, unholy alliance

Spanning totalitarian oceans; spelling doom for freedoms and democracy

Ending fundamentals and vestiges of dignity and decency

Whilst opening wide the gates of fiery depravity

And portals to earthly hellscapes

As vicious, self-serving lies and violent rhetoric

Freely flow from myopic, mendacious minds, unmoored from sanity

The endless rivers of poisons, injected and mainstreamed into whole populations

Leaving behind in their wake; chaos and fear

Truth, integrity and common-good; deemed curse words In the Trumpian-Vance worldview

As the dastardly duo, sow and harvest, monumental societal division

Trump believes he is a God. This is the nature of unrestrained grandiosity. Raphael Pedraza used the term "Titanic Madness" after the Greek mythic titans.

But re- your article - Shane on you! They're just trying to help us... ?How can you say all this when,
"They're eating the dogs. They're eating the cats. They're eating the pets that live there."

Titanic madness indeed.

Put to music on Youtube by Kiffness.

Yes, the music video was in my YouTube feed and I entered an appreciative comment as feedback.

On a more serious note, his madness devolves on a daily, if not hourly basis. I am very anxious about the potential fallout. as both he and Vance, his partner in crime, goad their low information/morally bankrupt supporters into violence.

I feel jittery because of the global ripple effects of widespread mania breaking out and gaining the ascendancy in your country. If America fails in leadership, stability and values, then what hope do struggling Democracies like my country have? The prospect is too frightening to contemplate.

I hear you.

In response, all of us can do the visualization/energy work of seeing Kamala as president. She is without question significantly more evolved/mature than The Dump.

And all of us can work for this. We must not discount the effects of the momentum of our energy-networking efforts on social media. Positive ripple effects are also a reality.

We can also pray that she does not become a tool of the MIC (as in many respects Obama did).

On another note, I would add that the US has been monstrous (in addition to its positive aspects) since its inception. The genocide of the red people. The enslavement of black people. Imperialistic wars.

And those drawn to positions of power tend to themselves be corrupt - in a corrupt system. Thus, re- your topmost quote we have Madeline Albright...

Wikipedia:

"On May 12, 1996, then-ambassador Albright defended UN sanctions against Iraq on a 60 Minutes segment in which Lesley Stahl asked her, 'We have heard that half a million children have died. I mean, that's more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?' and Albright replied, 'We think the price is worth it.'"

Although Albright backpedaled like crazy in the aftermath of her comment, we would be wise to realize that the RealPolitick practiced by the hegemons is captured precisely by this kind of cold, calculating, machine-lie mentality.

The good news is that consciousness is evolving across the planet (as well as devolving in many places). Our hope can lie in this kind of grassroots evolution. (IMO, Eckhart Tolle does a reasonably good job in speaking about this process).

"When shall it be said in any country of the world, my poor are happy; neither ignorance nor distress is to be found among them; my jails are empty of prisoners, my streets of beggars; the aged are not in want, the taxes are not oppressive...when these things can be said, then may that country boast of its constitution and government."~ Thomas Paine"

Bravo, right on. We got to clean out the Religious Right and Israel's AIPAC from US Government. Both have US fighting wars in name of god, but have been for the other guy since 2 Bombs were dropped on Japan. Lets find a way to end the funding for Ukraine and the Massacre in Gaza.

Thank you Michael. I am an unrepentant, committed pacifist.

We could learn a few valuable lessons from the animal kingdom, where gratuitous violence seems not to exist.
