Violations of Terms of Lease include: failure to properly execute the laws of the United States; abuse of power; obstruction of justice; illegal profiteering from the office of President; failure to protect and defend the people of the United States from the Covid-19 Pandemic; misuse of foreign policy of the United States for political gain; serious damage to the reputation of the property and nation; attack on free and fair elections; and, frequent disturbance of the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood!
THIS CONSTITUTES LEGAL NOTICE AND REQUIRES YOU TO
Vacate the above-mentioned Premises by January 20, 2021
