When there is collusion of the media with military as well as the political forces, it's easy to "Wag the Dog", creating a solid appearing narrative on a foundation of sand. This video explains how the Israeli media's smoke and mirrors has done this regarding Ahed Tamimi, her family, and Palestine. Once you understand this background, it is not surprising that so much of the world is horrified at Israel's behavior.
