-For Election Day voting, ID may not have to be asked for at all and the voter's signature will be enough but if it is asked for, because of challenges or numerous other reasons, then it has to be 2 pieces of ID and none of them has to be Photo ID. 1 has to have the current address on it; bills, checks, credit cards, union or professional memberships, car insurance notices, a lot of pieces of mail will qualify as ID.
-For the homeless or any other voter, one piece of invalid ID on Election Day is OK, that is an old driver's license is fine as one of the pieces of ID but at least one piece of ID has to have the current address, a letter from a shelter or friend or relative stating that the voter gets their mail at the address is acceptable.
-If someone moves within 30 days prior to the election and did not get a chance to re register and they are registered to vote at their old address, they should go and vote at the precinct for their old address with their ID from that old address.
