Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina is a psychopath. This isn't new or surprising information; she has been a psychopath for apparently her entire professional life, and she is running for president behind numerous other psychopaths who would be hard-pressed to collectively summon enough basic human decency to fill a coffee tin. But it is something that needs again to be said, because in the wake of a domestic terrorism attack against a Planned Parenthood clinic in which the terrorist apparently parroted the same "baby parts" line of reasoning that Carly Florina used to boost her fame on the campaign trail, she is behaving precisely as a psychopathic monster would be expected to behave. It's not pretty.
Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina declared on "Fox News Sunday" that attempts to link anti-abortion rhetoric from Republicans to Friday's attack on a Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs, Colorado, were just "typical left-wing tactics."

"This is so typical of the left to immediately begin demonizing a messenger because they don't agree with the message," Fiorina said.

Several reminders, here. One, Carly Fiorina was the candidate who invented, on a debate stage, a fictitious account of an already-falsified tape; among the presidential contenders, she personally has done the most to promote and elevate the even-then-debunked charges against Planned Parenthood to cartoonish levels. She has done so by lying outright.

Two, "anti-abortion" rhetoric from prominent Republicans has centered almost entirely around the phrase "baby parts." It refers to a specific charge--harvesting "baby parts" for profit--against a specific healthcare organization--the same one attacked by a gunman last Friday. Reports that the gunman uttered "no more baby parts" after the murders cannot be construed as having any other context other than the one that has been used as thumping anti-abortion, anti-Planned-Parenthood drumbeat by Carly Fiorina, Ted Cruz, other Republican presidential contenders, Republican members of Congress, Republican Party officials, and others touting those specific charges specifically against Planned Parenthood as an organization.
