Retired LAPD Segeant Cheryl Dorsey, a speaker, author and police expert, has laid the smackdown on the LAPD, Captain Phil Tingirides and his wife LAPD Sergeant Emada Tingrides, who were invited guests of first Lady Michelle Obama, to the President's 2015 State-of-the-Union address.
Ms. Dorsey, a black woman, is the author of Black & Blue (The Creation of a Manifesto): The True Story of an African-American Woman on the LAPD and the Powerful Secrets She Uncovered.
Earlier today, Ms. Dorsey alerted LibertFight.com via tweet regarding a very interesting aspect of history that Michelle Obama and the LAPD probably don't want you to know about.
It's regarding the recent LAPD biracial couple invited as special guests by Michelle Obama to the President's State-of-the- Union Speech. Michelle Obama had personally invited the couple, Captain Phil Tingirides and his wife LAPD Sergeant Emada Tingrides, to Washington D.C. This is during a time of rampant police abuse nationwide and purported racial division. As I wrote last week, this invite was for propaganda purposes. [See 'More Police-Worship Propaganda Slated For #SOTU Address As Michelle Obama Invites Interracial LAPD Cop Couple' 1/20/15.]
Cheryl Dorsey has written an explosive article, outlining how "In 2008, Capt. Tingirides chaired the three-member Board of Rights panel for former LAPD Officer Christopher Dorner."
Tingirides, it turns out, was a key player in the series of events that eventually led to the Chris Dorner disaster of 2013!

"Jan 21, 2015
"Los Angeles Police Department Captain Phil Tingirides and his wife LAPD Sergeant Emada Tingrides were invited guests of the first Lady, Michelle Obama, to the President's 2015 State-of-the-Union address. The LAPD couple were honored for their work with the Community Safety Partnership program; a public-relations partnership between police and the community in Watts.
"LAPD Chief Charlie Beck told reporters that the Tingrides 'were a great representative of the City of Los Angeles and what's going on here.' Truer words have never been spoken by Chief Beck. Beck went on to say, 'This is a national stage right now. Police legitimacy, public trust, police-community relations are all at the forefront of everybody's thoughts right now.'
"Now that the LAPD and city of Los Angeles are 'on a national stage', let me tell you what's really going on here in the city of Los Angeles. There is apparent discontent, mistrust, and intellectual dishonesty in the city of Los Angeles. There is an apparent lack of urgency in the city of Los Angeles' District Attorney's office with regard to criminal prosecution of errant police officers who physically assault the public--as in former CHP officer Daniel Andrews and his MMA-style beating of Marlene Pinnock. There is in the city of Los Angeles a "dragging of the feet" in the murder investigation of Ezell Ford by LAPD Officers Sharlton Wampler and Antonio Villegas and a reluctance by District Attorney Jackie Lacey with regard to criminal prosecution of this police shooting. Police legitimacy, public trust and police-community relations are at an all-time low--because #BlackLivesMatter in the city of Los Angeles.
