McCain will cut Medicare/Medicaid to pay for Health Plan

The media's analysis of McCain's proposed privatization of health insurance leaves out a very big minus.  He would pay for this by a 13% cut in both medicare and medicaid.  See the following from the Center for American Progress article for more details:

 Conservatives since Reagan have long sought to undermine these two government programs.  Don't let them get away with it!
