Commit to contact three people who might skip voting -- perhaps those between ages eighteen and thirty. Suddenly 3,000,000 becomes 9,000,000. Make it five people and the numbers swell to 15,000,000 votes. In this year of razor tight elections, it will make the difference.
Ask each person you contact to call or text someone they know. Your influence grows exponentially.

Don't have time to do the research -- no problem. Simply contact anyone with whom you feel comfortable talking politics. Even if those you know are all voting. Chances are pretty great one of them knows someone who isn't. Encourage them to get on the Maddow Band Wagon.
