In today's video, Glenn Kirschner addresses District of Columbia's US District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan's reimposed gag order on Donald Trump.
Judge Chutkan's 9-page ruling is here. In it, Judge Chutkan scrutinizes Trump's social media posts. Kirschner notes, "She then helpfully spoon-fed him some examples of what would and would not violate the gag order.
Kirschner states that this ruling will not only be published in the law books, but it will be important reading in America's history books. He offers, "Of course, the only remaining questions are: how long before Trump violates the reimposed gag order and what will Judge Chutkan do when he does."
