UN Secretary General Antonio Gutteres, the new President of the General Assembly, Volkan Bozkir of Turkey, United Nations Undersecretaries Generals, and the Permanent Representatives of each Nation to the UN building in New York must initiate the effort to bring about a cohesive international conference of compiled documents concerning adjudication of child trafficking cases in their respective nations.
Heads of State, Ministers of Justice, Attorneys General and Chief Justices of 193 nations must be requested to send in their statements concerning adjudication statistics of child trafficking in their nationn. When this endeavour is prioritized, we could see decisive and results by January 2021.
A cessation of child trafficking must begin in the USA, with a reported 400,000 children missing, with the porous borders between USA and Mexico, with Mexican mafia and American gangsters taking Native women and children from tribes as far north as North Dakota, Montana, and Idaho; with the Nassau County, Long Island, New York Deputy Sheriff reporting that the photo of Bill Gates at Jeffrey Epstein's Zorro ranch was not photoshopped but very real; plus failures for adequate surveillance, failures to infiltrate gangs and mafioso groups from both sides of the border, failure to identify Canadians and Germans flying in on United Airlines and on charter jets to Belize to take advantage of 12 and 13 year old children lured from Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Santo Domingo to "work" in Francis Ford Coppola's teen brothel/winery/resort in Belize, for "super wealthy" patrons, if the word patron can be used in this context.
A retired Texas child trafficking lieutenant told me that the largest problem impeding his efforts was having to respect the 4th Amendment search and seizure rights of clearly guilty child traffickers.
New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas has a competent Special Agent who told me that there were 85 agencies and bureaus with which he works to combat child trafficking, and they record an average of 200 cases a month.
New Mexico has a low rate of adjudication, 28th in the USA for prosecution at the Federal Level, with 7 convictions last year. USA seems unable to even convene the relevant parties, a lack of cohesion that has worsened in this post-plandemic period.
The United Nations Secretary General could host a Stop Child Trafficking Conference, under UN auspices, despite the fact at least 50 UN Peace Keeping forces having participated in child trafficking. The
adjudication of their cases is unknown to me. I hope they were at least fired.
Some USA military bases are used as "lily pads" for trafficking, and some military have even pretended to rescue children that they have in their custody already for rewards from unsuspecting wealthy patrons who think they are doing the right thing by paying the ex-Marines or whatever they claim to be. Much of this is documented but of course kept secret and swept under the rug, to protect the rescuers "cash cow."
