Our Worst Enemy Is US
The rule of law has been the standard America has followed since its inception. This law was established well before the founding of America, back to the 13th century. The law is a means for a society to function in a healthy and fair way when adhered to, but can destroy a nation when it is violated. However, we've been "dummed down" by schools, the media and by our own choices to be ignorant.
The Supreme law of these Unites States of America (under God) is the Constitution and Bill of Rights. These documents lay out the Rule of Law and how a People are to rule themselves in a fair, balanced, healthy and moral means.
"This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof;... shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby... The Senators and Representatives and members of the State legislature, and all executive and judicial officers of the United States and the several States, shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding." The Constitution of the united States of America, Article VI, Cl 2, 3.
"The United States is entirely a creature of the Constitution. Its power and authority have no other source. It can only act in accordance with all the limitations imposed by the Constitution." Reid v Covert 354 US l, 1957.
The Supreme Law supercedes any and ALL laws (except Gods) that might conflict with it:
"The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose, since its unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment... In legal contemplation, it is as inoperative as if it had never been passed... Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no right, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection and justifies no acts performed under it... A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing law. Indeed insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, (the Constitution JTM) it is superseded thereby. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it." Bonnett v. Vallier, 116 N.W. 885, 136 Wis. 193 (1908); NORTON v. SHELBY COUNTY, 118 U.S. 425 (1886). Today, however, we see a far different standard being followed by most all the Courts, government officials, and all of Congress (except Ron Paul, whose record for 20 years is VERY clearly Constitutional), and all propagated by mainstream media. This is largely because we the People have forgotten what the national law actually says, and what our rights under this law actually are. Worse yet, we have forgotten the supreme law over humankind, the laws of God.
This presents us with a picture given to us thousands of years ago, warning us what would happen to this nation if the people rejected the ultimate lawgiver, and their responsibility to their families, neighbors and nation. America has become lawless, and it will be brought down unless we change. God will simply not allow a nation who claims to carry His name to degrade that name through lawlessness and evil, and to export these ideals to the world. This is a shame to Christianity, and to God.
As quaint as this might seem to many in a country that is moving rapidly to godlessness, this will not stop the laws of the universe, which govern human interaction, from unfolding against us if we continue on the path we are on. Our nation and People have largely rejected God and His teachings. There can be no other conclusion. A nation which claims to be "Christian" and yet its fruits are lawlessness, apathy, fear, selfishness, greed and much more? Who can defend this as "Christian," or even moral?
We’ve condone 50 million murders of unborn citizens through abortion of children made in God’s very image and with a lost life experience designed by Him. We condone pornography across the country and the sex trade which affects even our children’s minds and bodies. We give lip service to morals and a "god" we claim to believe in, but where is the proof of that?
We wage many wars against innocent nations and peoples, stealing their lives and wealth. We allow our own soldiers to be in harms way because of fraudulant evidence, even to the point of using depleted uranium on them which is destroying their health.
Which "god" is America really following? Certainly not the God of the Bible.
The god of this world, that mind which influences humanity, is the god of murder, pornography, lawlessness, lies, greed, lust, selfishness, corruption, deceit, fraud... all that is being propagated by government, destroying our personal lives and the country itself... and we sit back and do NOTHING?
Those people we elect to office and positions of SERVICE at all levels of government are legally liable (to us and to God) for violation of the law, or for the condoning of such violations by neglect or willful acceptance:
"State officers may be held personally liable for damages based upon actions taken in their official capacities." Hafer v. Melo, 502 U.S. 21 (1991).
