WASHINGTON''Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) plans to access the report of special counsel Jack Smith's classified documents before a new attorney general can dismiss the case. Speaking to Raw Story on Thursday, Raskin said that Donald Trump will likely have his Justice Department 'dismiss' the case against his aides Walt Nauta and Carlos de Oliveira 'or pardon them.'
