Former United States President Jimmy Carter -- who passed away on Sunday, December 29 at the age of 100 -- was a devout Christian and follower of Jesus Christ. Guthrie Graves-Fitzsimmons, who serves as senior director of policy and advocacy at Interfaith Alliance, argues in an op-ed published by MSNBC, 'It'd be difficult to find a starker difference in how a president wields religion than the juxtaposition of Jimmy Carter and President-elect Donald Trump.'
