"Robert Mueller told lawmakers that his investigation of Russian interference into the 2016 campaign "did not address 'collusion,' which is not a legal term" contradicting President Donald Trump who has claimed that's what the special counsel's report found.Mueller confirmed that the president could be indicted after he leaves office.Mueller also noted that despite 10 potential instances of obstruction of justice, "based on Justice Department policy and principles of fairness, we decided we would not make a determination as to whether the president committed a crime."
Mueller made it clear that the report did not exonderate Trump and did not clear Trump of obstruction.
Fox News is focusing on the questions from Repubican committee members who are using their questioining opportunities to make opinion statements, rather than getting Mueller to say anything.
The real question is, can the Democrats get Mueller to actually say that the report provides information that would justify beginning of impeachment hearings.
Mueller is refusing to discuss the thinking behind decisions.
