Kerry is an idiot. He has been an idiot, and he will continue to be an idiot. I really hate to call him that, because I admired him so very much in the 70's, but for some reason, maybe because of his insular, privileged life, he has become a non-thinking idiot. I understand what he was talking about when he made that idiotic remark about dumb college students and Iraq. I also understand why the Republicans jumped on it like hungry curs that haven't been fed in weeks. The Republicans remind me of hungry dogs in that they haven't had a shred of good press in months. This was a perfect set up to use something against the Democrats. That is why Kerry fell right into their hands. That's why I believe him to be an idiot.

When the Republicans started that "Swift-boat" crap during the elections, Mr. Kerry, the noble New-Englander, took the high road, while the hungry Republican curs ate him alive in the media. They were the same back then. They took a distortion of the facts and used it against him and impugned his good name, except back then he did nothing about it, and probably lost the election because by taking the high road, which is something these modern republicans can't understand, all they believed was that he didn't have any balls. He should have called them on that cheap shot then. He should have taken out a lawsuit, or challenged those "swiftboaters" in public to prove any of their cheap, lying claims, but he didn't. He wanted to remain "Presidential". So what he got was another few years to remain "Senatorial". Now we have the prospects of Hillary Clinton running for the White House.

Kerry should have stated his case once this time and left it alone. He should have also mentioned the hundreds of times that Bush has put his foot in his mouth. Like when he said "Humans and fish can co-exist peacefully".
And when he said This:
That's why I went to the Congress last September and proposed fundamental-supplemental funding, which is money for armor and body parts and ammunition and fuel."-Erie, Pa., Sept. 4, 2004
And This:
"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."-Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004
And This:
"I'm honored to shake the hand of a brave Iraqi citizen who had his hand cut off by Saddam Hussein."-Washington, D.C., May 25, 2004
And This:
"The ambassador and the general were briefing me on the-the vast majority of Iraqis want to live in a peaceful, free world. And we will find these people and we will bring them to justice."-Washington, D.C., Oct. 27, 2003

Bush was such an easy target, and Senator Kerry, you blew it. I appreciate when you and about ten other guys picked up my Firebird in Washington when the Federal Marshall's were putting everyone behind chicken wire and arresting them. I think it was you that asked me if I was still on active duty because I was dressed in my fatigues. When I said yes, you asked me if I had a security clearance and I told you yes: "Top-Secret Crypto" and you and those other guys picked up may car and you told me to listen to the guys with the radios. At every intersection, a guy with a radio pointed at which way I should go. I was out of DC in about a half hour during that demonstration against the war in Vietnam.

I still look up to you, but I still think you are an idiot. You would be the President if you had fought him back in the way he fought you. Yes, I admire you for taking the high road, but I still think you are an idiot. You gave us four more years of suffering a fool.
