The inexpressible rage, heart
wrenching grief and soul consuming hatred engendered in millions of
survivors toward the murderous destroyers come to conquer whether out
of brutal ignorance or pathetic belief in the superiority of their
nations leaders is left out of this article in order not to put off
readers who might still be thinking of themselves as innocent Americans.
