Venus in Libra and Jupiter in Taurus both want the same thing -- Peace.   It's just how are we going to get it? Make peace with yourself before you make peace with others. Then begin in small ways, with people in your lives who you need to make peace with.   It starts with us and within us.   Then the Sun in Libra and Neptune in Aquarius ask us to figure out how to take those qualities that make for deep personal relationships and bring them to the group imagination.   Perhaps our artists can lead the way here.   After I get back in late October, I'll be writing about how artists can band together this winter to create an artistic platform for educating our people about what's really happening in our world with stories of truth, hope and possibilities.

This Autumn Equinox and the next Moon cycle are the time to release your creativity into the world -- the final harvest of 2011.   What did you create this past year?   Send it out and let it go!   And begin to slow down and let your energy balance out so it can begin to regenerate. The Darkness can be very healing.

Libra New Moon, Tuesday September 27, 2011

The New Moon in Libra occurs on Tuesday September 27th at 11:09 GMT, 7:09am Eastern/4:09am Pacific at 4* Libra.

The Sabian Symbol for the Sun and Moon at 4* Libra is:   Around a campfire, a group of young people sit in spiritual communion. The necessity to unite with kindred spirits as one enters unbeaten paths illumined by the still-insecure light of a dawning intuition of new values.

This gathering of the group is indicated in the Autumn Equinox chart by the Neptune/Sun inconjunct.   We have to learn how to use our imaginations and then weave them together around our new values of equal partnerships and love, peace and cooperation.    And then find ways to share it with the world in practical ways.

Libra's symbol of the Scales becomes even more important this year as Saturn continues his journey through this sign of partnership, peace, balance and harmony.   Saturn demands that we face ourselves and our values honestly and fairly.   Start by planting the seeds of justice in your heart again at this new Moon, because by the Aries Full Moon on October 11-12, Saturn will be involved and you'll see how well you've maintained the balance.

The fact that this new Moon is opposite Uranus could bring us surprises about just how fair and balanced we actually are!   Let Uranus' revelations spark your interest to try a new direction, turn a new corner, see things differently.   Mercury is part of this new Moon energy, and so our minds have to be in balance for us to actually break through the barriers that "too many rules' about relationships laid upon us.   What "feels' right might just be right!   Venus in Libra, her own home, says listen to your feelings and instincts, they will lead you to the next step in your awakening!

With Mercury, the Moon, the Sun, Venus, Saturn and the asteroid Juno in Libra weighing in as a third anchor for the upcoming Uranus in Aries square to Pluto in Capricorn, we really, really have to clean up our relationships.   Let go of old assumptions, let go of expectations.   Just stay in the moment and feel -- and then trust that feeling by naming it, acknowledging it and basing your actions on it.

Mars in Leo still sends creative juice our way, but its inconjunct to Pluto in Capricorn blocks any quick solutions.   Keep adjusting and watch out - things can get testy if you don't use your energy on constructive projects. Don't get impatient.
