Eight Requirements for Conquering the World

I suggest that there are eight requirements by which a nation can conquer the world. I list them below. See whether you can guess which country they describe.

Requirement No. 1: Overwhelming Force

To meet this requirement, a country must control the largest, best trained, and best equipped armed forces, police force, private armies, and other armed entities in the world. Way back in 1962, I was taught in officer training school that we must have a war every ten years, because service men stay twenty years and war veterans must be available to train new men and field-test new technology.

But those criteria applied fifty years ago. Today, we need a war not every ten years, but continuously. That's due to the speed with which new weapons systems are now being developed, all of which require battle-ground experience for testing. Now you know why we have wars back to back.

Requirement No. 2: the Use of Information as a Weapon

You need a system (think NSA) that can continuously monitor everyone, including foreign heads of state. With such a system, you can blackmail friends and outmaneuver enemies, and gain a competitive edge in military, surveillance, business, scientific, and technological information. A good corollary to continuous monitoring is a privatized school system, by which you can restrict the number of students and facilitate brainwashing.

Requirement No. 3: Complete Control of Natural Resources

A nation must have complete control over natural resources, including energy, minerals, water, and food. Oil and gas are what fuel armies, so those in power must control the production of non-renewable sources of energy. Technology is based on rare minerals, and metals are a big part of the military. If a government can control all water supplies--as companies like Nestle and Coca-Cola have tried to do--they can control the people and concentrate the money.

Already, Monsanto and a couple other corporations are making headway in monopolizing the food industry. If they are successful, they will have a vertical monopoly on the world's food supply, including seeds, fertilizer, insecticides, movement, storage, and marketing. It is certainly true that wars, nuclear bombs, biological and chemical warfare, and disease have killed millions. But manipulations to reduce available food and water can eliminate billions of people.

Requirement No. 4: Manipulation of the Economy

To conquer the world, a country must develop a private banking system that manipulates money and entices countries and populations to hang themselves through increasing debt. Debt is pushed onto countries and citizens in order to deprive them of assets through bankruptcies, foreclosures, devaluation of currency, and the forced surrender of arable land and resources. The assets are then used to pay the multinational banks.

Such manipulation has been used since the early colonial days. It was used in the 1960s, when Jesse Helms got the Regan government to deregulate the Savings and Loans banks so they could make huge loans to the Japanese. Then Jesse helped both to get federal funds deposited into the North Carolina National Bank and to get a bill passed to increase the reserves of Savings and Loans. Almost overnight, those actions bankrupted nearly all of the Savings and Loans banks in the Nation. Then, with the federal deposits, the North Carolina National Bank bought up the Savings and Loans and became a national bank. Have you ever wondered why all of the Savings and Loans went bankrupt in the same year, and at the same time that Japan's economy bottomed out?   Still another technique to drain money from the public is to promote medical problems and then maintain exorbitant medical costs.

Today, insider manipulations have increased the debt of the nation and finalized the total transfer of wealth to the banks and Wall Street. The private Federal Reserve owns 16% of the federal debt, so it can use that as leverage to get what it wants: namely, total control of the economy. When the U.S. goes bankrupt, the banks and Wall Street will buy up federal property, water systems, infrastructure, and other public investments. With most everything in corporate hands, including the executive, judicial, and legislative branches of the U.S. government, the corporations will rule America with no opposition.

It might also be noted that today's student loan program is in fact a manipulation to produce economic slavery among the future middle class servants of the elite. The masses will be slaves.

Requirement No. 5: Control and Censure of the Media

A conqueror nation requires the ability to control and censure all media. It uses Double Speak, in which peacekeeping means killing, eliminating poverty means creating more poverty, etc. Through media control, the rulers brainwash the public into wanting war by creating lies to invade countries like Iraq, or to kill off people with drones. Let's face it. We are brainwashed from the beginning of our lives by nationalism, religion, cultural norms, and philosophical notions. I call television America's Great Propaganda Machine.

Requirement No. 6: Control of the Government
