Lyndeborough NH passes warrant article prohibiting concealed vote counting by computers or any other method It is fitting that Lyndeborough should take the lead by becoming the first town in the State of NH to pass a town article ensuring for ourselves, our children, our grandchildren, and their grandchildren, that we will always honor the Constitutional mandate to sort and count our votes in open meeting, and that we will never allow concealed vote counting by computers or by any other method in our town. Organized Crime Fighting America's elections are no longer run by public officials. Everyone's heard of Diebold, but who are the people hired by Diebold to really run our elections? In New England, we know at least one of them is a convicted felon - a drug trafficker. We don't know too much about the rest of them, because their identities are kept secret. Is this any way to run a democracy?

The state-sanctioned Diebold monopoly control over NH's elections Black Box Voting filed an antitrust complaint to the US Department of Justice requesting they investigate the proposed merger of e-voting companies Diebold and ES&S. Long before this merger, however, New Hampshire initiated its own antitrust situation with Diebold Corporation.
