Dems Should Filibuster Bush's New Assault on America: A Wave |

The Democrats should be using the filibuster like crazy to clamp down on Bush and to force the republicans to show their true rubber-stamp faces by supporting Bush and these whack job judges.
This will be a test. There are a lot of invertebrate Democrats who fail to function as functioning Democrats. They have to go. The current "nuclear option-free" congress will be a test of which ones should stay and which ones will go.
We certainly can't afford to let Bush appoint any more of the nutjob, extremists with levels of integrity in the same range as Bush's. Allowing their appointments is only done by a candidate dropping his or her own integrity to that low level.
