I think the aging Gaetz made it on the Pretty Boy principal growing up, then his liver started to complain, causing those dark circles, and he had Botox on his brow, deadening it and making him look like a serial killer. Now he wears makeup under his eyes, and it looks like he's had transplants to hide his receding hairline, the only interesting thing about his face, but you can't expect him to know that. On the other hand, this whole effort seems to be a sidetrack from Trump's much worse crimes with women, BY REPORT FROM HIS VICTIMS. So far no women have accused Gaetz of anything, which makes him a martyr for the cause; another Soldier of the Cross for Trump. Another body in his wake.
