I formed the ideas behind the Rattlesnake Rebellion during the early 2000s while I was driving a big-rig. It combines the ideas shared with me by the core Americans I met over-the-road with my understandings of math and life. I initially applied the idea of an exponent to tax revenue when I learned what an exponential curve is -- a completely smoothly increasing curve that appears the same on both sides of a point -- in other words, fair. I applied the American Revolution symbol before there was a Tea Party, and it seems that it has survived the Tea Party, now that everyone knows that the Tea Party is simply Milton Friedman's free market meat puppet -- hardly loyal and totally foreignist!

As I explain to Ellen in the email text, these economic ideas don't come from my heart, but combine my observations and a desire to stabilize my country. My own desire would be to see spiritual awakening, and hence a restoration of natural generoisty, but that just won't happen. Not here, not in the United States, and definitely not on OpEdNews!

I don't really have the time to integrate my writing on the topic at the moment, but I really want to get this information out. So here it is:

Rattlesnake Rebellion (CKICK)

The Rattlesnake Rebellion calls for anti-gouging and taxation only at the very top of spending as a way to make life affordable. Inspired by your article, I created some text to updated the rebellion that is a little raw yet, but attempts to show that deflation as result of sensible taxation should return the US to high standards.

The Rattlesnake Rebellion defines a paradigm where tax revenue is derived only from excessive waste at the top--which will effectively be wiped out if the exponential curve is adhered to: flat for the most part, and increasingly steep only at the end of the scale, like a suspension bridge.

The taxation of waste is reinforced by the one Libertarian concept I accept: it is wrong to punish success, as many actually deserve the money they have earned, say by creating significant medical cures--or in my case, the surgeon who made my broken knee better than new--and not the many other doctors who gave me attitude and not healing.

I believe it is true that 90% of the cash is in the top 10% in the US, and that 99% is in the top 1% in the World.

This will send the economy into a sudden jolt forward, as nobody outside the top 10% will pay any taxes, probably for decades, and only the top 1% will be significantly taxed. In fact I believe that the tax will be so effective, that the curve can be kept low enough to only tax the wealthy marginally, as their bracket is the most inflated and comprises the majority of inflation. I don't believe that the wealthy will actually actually feel anything for as long as a decade as their inflation rate is brought down from astronomical to a few factors. I think the wealthy can protect their "wealthy status" with
a disparity factor of 1:5 or 1:10, rather than its present 1:1000. Since debt is a negative factor, that the common factor of 1 may actually be a negative number, so then the rich end factor may be 10,000 or more if the 1 is normalized for the negative value of common wealth. Point being that our system is so horrifically skewed, and the World's even more skewed that bringing finances to reality h this way would bring the ship back on even keel without making any tangible differences.

Their values will decline by factors, at first from astronomical to excessive.

Over decades that sector will be eroded, but their property needs to be protected from what I think of as the "poison pill" of wealthy abandonment; "if we can't have it, nobody can." Probably the majority of this effort would be the subdivision of mansions, or their conversion into hotels.

And that only covers the taxation of waste, which I think by itself would solve our national problem.

Other ideas from the Rattlesnake, which I wrote purely from interviews with common folk when I was a long-haul trucker, include moving the "global" economy literally back to trade: the trade of goods on ships, and today planes, and not cash. No cash would be exported any nation, only goods. This would return to the US to its manufacturing roots, dry up the cocaine and job-theft markets, making the American dollar immensely powerful again. It would become valuable based on national strength, and in short supply in other countries, making it even more valuable based on supply and demand, as it will become less available.

So here we get deflation, job security, a return to quality manufacturing, with a high foreign value for the dollar, which would, once again, make the US the World's support system.

The problem is that the US is run from NYC through global finances by the descents of the so-called Austrian/Chicago school and NYC,my home town, is 90% foreign or mercenary--what is called diversity.

The rattlesnake is not mine, it is popular and democratic based on as wide a perception as I could create from the core nation. My ideal would be far different; it would resemble the Gospel or highly-enlightened Buddhism, and would hinge on empathy and prayer. I don't realistically see humanity actually engaging in genuine prayer, I more likely see a continuation of the atheist Platonic strategies of the Capital-centered churches such as the Romans, Anglicans, and Evangelists form whom prayer is, from my experiences, not much different than pie-in-the-sky television advertising.

Despite the controls of mass media mind-wash and the similar but older perversion of religion, I think that average people have a significant single advantage over the highly-education: they do not have the implanted cognition, technically a disorder, that forces the educated to think that capital growth means an over-all rise in standards when if fact the rise of the capital pyramid means an increase of the width (or area) of the bottom that results in decreased resources in relation to population increases: ghettos where population increase is successfully promoted typically by an oligarchy of religion, or directly by the state as in the case of communism.

The foundation of the capital pyramid becomes a wormy mess with humanity, often formerly Native and content, descending into a forced hell of hatred and domination by all kinds of oligarchs, high and low. The elite oligarchs have nothing to worry about, as they know that the pyramid suspended on people sinks from the bottom up, disparity creating greater height and hence security.
