Ron Paul Poops On His Mantra

Carter Calhoun

Ron Paul sells himself as a man of high moral and ethical standards yet he reveals himself as just another Republican politician eager and willing to blame someone else for his problems. One of the core ideals of libertarian thought is the concept of personal responsibility. Yet in recent days he has assumed the posture of "passing the buck' regarding the very racist comments in newsletters published for years and years under his name.

He says that not only did he not read the articles published in the Ron Paul newsletters but claims that he didn't even know who wrote the articles. Now for someone that blathers on and on about the libertarian code of personal responsibility at every turn what we obviously have here is a textbook example of a person "blaming someone else' for his problems.

This blatant failure by him to take personal responsibility for things done in his name is a typical Republican behavior of saying one thing and doing another. Haven't we had enough of this type of hypocrisy?

Be a man Mr. Paul, stand up for your hatred of the Civil Rights Act. Be all that you can be for the survivalists and white power Klans Men that take donations for you. Don't run from your support of unlimited corporate money in elections, be strong, be a Republican. Just don't try and manipulate us and B.S. us anymore. We're hip to your freedom to be a selfish, greedy, racist, con artist and what that really means.
