The economy is falling down
Wall Street's on its back
We really have to bail them out
And get them in the black
If we don't act very fast
There will be an end to credit
Big companies are going down
You really better dread it
You know they would help
If this was happening to you
If you could not pay your bill
They'd shut your lights out too
They only need a trillion
I'm sure they'll pay us back
If you believe that one
They should tie you to the rack
When they are making money
The profit is all theirs
They live like kings
And when they die the money goes to heirs
Now times are bad for them
Their greed has got them in a hole
So we should cough up money
That's the people's role
When they arrest
A working man for stealing, off he goes to jail
The corporations always bail him out
They hardly ever fail.
Extend tax breaks to the
Energy industry
Please don't make them pay
Give them money too, let "US" show you the way
The same slimy rats
That could not run their own companies
Will fix the economy
And put the world at ease
Please dig deep in your pockets,
Give to the poor
Bankrupt the nation,
And save the corporate wh-re
