Yes, the author is an energy writer, every word he writes is true about the condition that activists left behind. I saw it in late November, and this author used kinder words to describe the extent of human and animal filth left behind to pollute the River.

Think about where you are sending your money. This cleanup is stretching the Tribe's resources and the Tribe has not seen any of the $11 million we have tracked so far that came from crowdsourcing.
