After the Pearson test to determine 'leadership capability--  taken by a teacher with  11 yrs experience and an advanced degree in educational administration: "I wish the world of politicians and other loudmouths and crack-pots could see inside the vail of the Pearson testing empire. Throughout this exam on a computer that was not functioning well, jack hammers pound  on the floor above. No water allowed--a 7 hour exam and going to the bathroom, an ordeal...  5 minutes to leave the premises --1st  you raise your hand, and hope that the ‘proctor’ sees you behind the glass, comes inside, turns off your computer (which is ticking down), scans your palm, then your ID is shown, then you run the ten second 100 yard dash to a key, to the bathroom!  In my exhausted opinion, these tests are more of an endurance meet then a skills test."
