An ex-CIA operative discusses NATO's role in handing Libya over to Al Qaida. Within a day of Qaddafi's murder, the black banner of Al Qaida was flying over the unofficial headquarters of the new transitional government, the courthouse in Benghazi. Shortly afterward the flag began to appear at numerous locations around the country and threats began to be made against journalists seen filming the flags or interviewing people about them.
