Jonathan Pelto warns Connecticut parents that their children will be forced to take the "new" SAT despite serious charges that the test is ill-designed and invalid. Manuel Alfaro -- who until recently was Executive Director for Assessment at the College Boar, (responsible for the SAT) -- became angered by what he saw giving a devastating critique of this re-designed mess. UH-OH! now, he is a whistle blower,... the FBI raided his home in search of evidence that he might have been the person who leaked 400 SAT questions. The SAT was redesigned at the direction of David Coleman, the architect of the Common Core standards. It was wrong for Malloy to back the NEW SAT AND wrong for the legislature to mandate its use.
